The Flexifoil 2008 kiteboard range have been designed and constructed to deliver outstanding performance with the focus on comfort, ease of use and strength.

All the boards have three stance positions and a number of sizes options available meaning that no matter your ability, weight or height there is a board in the range that will be perfectly suited to your customers.

The Flexifoil Alpha board excels in two main areas: as a light-wind board for the experienced rider looking to make the most of low wind conditions, or as a first board for anyone who has just started kite surfng. With early planing ability and excellent upwind drive it is perfect for school use or anyone who is looking to progress their kitesurfing skills rapidly.

Stance Selector:

All boards in the Flexifoil range offer three stance width options (38, 42 and 46cm).

Your height will roughly dictate which stance setting you should use, although advanced riders may wish to experiment with the widest stance setting

Less than 5’6” (165 cm) 38 cm width

Between 5’6” - 6’ (165 - 180 cm) 42 cm width

Greater than 6’ (180 cm) 46 cm width

Easy to ride:

The Flexifoil Alpha board is easy to ride. The board’s 44cm width allows early planing and progressive flex in the tips gives great power holding ability. The straight rail enables the board to track well on an upwind line and cut easily through choppy water. Beginners will find it simple to hold an edge and start planing in light winds.

Easy to manoeuvre:

By balancing length and width, the Flexifoil Alpha board brings the latest in board technology to all its riders. The short length makes it easy to manoeuvre in the water, while the 44cm width enables early get up and go.

These characteristics give the rider a feeling of being on a much smaller board. For the experienced rider, this opens new doors for freestyle areas in wind that previously wouldn’t have been useable.

Comfortable:

The variable stance options allow each rider to customise the board to maximise their personal comfort. The light-weight Airex® foam core dampens vibrations in chop giving a smoother ride, leaving you free to enjoy the conditions.

Who is this board designed for?:

For either experienced kitesurfers to use as a light wind board or for people getting into the sport that want a kiteboard that’s easy to go upwind on.

What will it do?:

The Alpha board is a specifically designed light wind kiteboard that’s also ideal for people learning how to kitesurf. The board’s large width relative to its length makes it easy to perform tricks in low powered conditions.

The outline shape is based on the Delta range which provides a comfortable ride in choppy conditions.
